Snow day...

It has been weird weather here this winter, if you want to call it that. We will have one day with 70 degree weather and the next it drops to 40 degrees then back up to 60 degrees then the next day it is snowing!  Makes for some crazy days and some weirdly scheduled play times.  Today was our snow day. We don't see snow very often, but so far we have had at least one small patch each year.  Last Tristan played a little, but once the cold set in he was ready to go in.  This time we could hardly keep him in the house.

 I thought the footprints were so cute... Tristan's little ones next to Papi's big ones.

The making of a snowman...

First you have to scoop the snow.  I net Grandpa would LOVE to have Tristan helping him where they live since they seem to get buried in it every year!

The Shovel was not quit working to his satisfaction so he tried the rake...

 And the rake was the winner!

They both came in cold faced, but Tristan had so much fun so it made it all worth it. Miss Trinity was the smart one of us all though and she stayed in where it was toasty warm!
