4th of July

The 4th of July this year was so much fun!.  Tristan is now old enough to start understanding a few traditions and he gets so excited by them.  His excitement is contagious and that helps us renew our strength!

The day started out with an old fashion 4th of July parade!

Tristan was so excited to see the cars go by, especially the ones throwing CANDY!..:)

After the parade since we were already so hot we decided to go to the park and have a picnic. Trinity really got into waving her flag!

And true to form Tristan found a friend within minutes to play with.

After the park we all headed home for a nice cool shower and a relaxing nap.  We needed to recoup and get ready for our evening festivites on the lake!

Trinity LOVES to play a game with me where she turns her head one way and I turn mine the other so we are looking at one another sideways...this just CRACKS her up!

Miss T is saying...."Grandma sent me this dress...

"And she sent you this outfit...."

"YAY GRANDMA!!!"

Mr T says:  "HI GRANDMA!!"

And MAN OH MAN to see the fireworks through Tristan's eyes was AMAZING!!!  He had so much fun and was so excited.  It warmed my heart.  What a perfect ending to a perfect day.
