Hospital Day 2...

Well we got word..she has Pneumonia!

Because of this we are on "isolation" so there are a few things going on, 1st the nurses and doctors all have to wear these blue plastic gowns that they take off and on every time they come in (The blue gown people have got to be making a killing since someone comes in every 15 to 20 minutes!!!0 and 2nd I am not supposed to be wandering the hospital or the halls.  WHICH believe me I am not anyway.  There does not seem to be much security in this area so i would not be leaving the room anyway.  In fact, I made it CLEAR that day or night if anyone enters the room they are to knock and make sure I am awake.  The weird thing is this STUNNED the nurse on duty and they all wanted to be clear that I did want this.  It seems that parents would rather sleep through the night an not be disturbed, but you bet your booty I was to be awake!  Sometimes I don't understand people.  So anyway we are on isolation...

So we are just hanging out having Mommy and Trinity time...

Even though we are on isolation Tristan and Washington can still visit which is really nice.   although I was a little surprised since they carry germs in and out, but mostly they just don't want them carrying germs from patient to patient?

Washington brought Tristan up so that we could have some sort of normal and have dinner together as a family.  He really liked the bed and was excited that we had "Dinner in Bed"..:)

Before they left Tristan wanted to check on his sister to make sure she was ok...

He even reached out to hold her hand and said "it's Ok Trinity"

She didn't do much talking or anything today.  She seems to be missing her bottle some, but mostly when 8:00pm rolls around she is letting me know!  They are not letting me feed her just yet since her Respiratory Rate is so high, but when it comes down they will.  The funny thing is she is so used to her routine of bath, PJ's, bottle and bed that she does not understand why she can't have it.  8 pm breaks my heart!
