There are times when my children upset me, more often astound me, and definately love me, but then there are those times they embarrass me (as my Mom warned me they would!). Thankfully this time we were in the privacy of our car...and anyone that passed by and saw it, well I didn't see you so I am good!
When we get in the car to go to school in the mornings I typically put my purse in the floorboard in the backseat since Tristan's basket of stuff and my laptop take up the front seat. Today was no different. On our way to school Tristan and I typically talk about what is going on around us, or we sing songs etc. We like to be silly and goof off to get our day started, so when I hear him in the back seat saying WEEEEEEEEE I think nothing of it, especially since it is a hilly area. When I hear him say "look Mommy, I have a fan!" now that perks my interest! So I look in the mirror and his arm is just swinging around and around....
So I say to him..."What is that Tristan?"
As his arm starts to get still all I can do is chuckle....
If you still don't know what it is, think Women Monthly! But to my little guy it is just a fun fan that he can twirl!
Thank you God for providing me with these lighthearted moments to keep me sane!
Today was a whirly twirly fan kind of day...
