Buddy Walk 2011

Since Trinity was born this time last year we did not make it to the Buddy Walk, but this year we did and OH WHAT FUN we had!

I made t-shirts for the family and we went as "Trinity's Troops". 

 Trinity had a light pink shirt and the rest of us has hot pink.  We really stood out in the crowd.

And off we go.....Tristan decided he would start the walk out by WALKING!

Along the way there were different signs with different facts.  This was nice, because while we the parents know this info there were TONS of people out there supporting that might not know some of these things.

Wasn't too long before Tristan was back in the seat with Trinity!

Someone saw us and asked if they could help by taking our picture.  Neither kids is looking, but at least they aren't moving!

Miss T was starting to yawn before too long...it has been a long and eventful weekend.



We headed to the car and before we could even get pulled out into the street...OUT he went.

Trinity barely made it to the car and she was out like a light!

THANK YOU to all of our supporters.  With your help we were able to raised a little over $2000 for the Down Syndrome Guild.  That money will then be put to use for all kinds of events that help people who are pregnant and just found out they will be havingg a child with Downs all the way to helping adults with Down syndrome assimilate into the community etc.  We currently take advantage of all the programs and activities offered to us and appreciate all you have given to allow us these opportunities.  Every time we go to a Mommy and Me class we know it was sponsored by our family and friends!
